Welcome to the two newly built luxury apartments for 1 to 4 people in sustainable wood construction (solid wood walls) with a wonderful mountain view and a large terrace or Balcony. Climate-friendly FB heating with heat pump and PV system as well as central ventilation completely free of fossil fuels. The comfortably furnished apartments are equipped to a high standard, each with a separate bedroom, a spacious eat-in kitchen incl. Dishwasher and Microwave, large flat-screen TV and bathroom with shower / toilet and washing machine. The entire lighting is carried out using the latest LED technology. W-LAN is available free of charge in the entire building. A sufficient number of parking spaces are available directly at the house. Thanks to our central yet quiet location, you can reach shops, restaurants or the bus stop in just a few minutes on foot. The local train station is also less than a kilometer away. Take your hikes, mountain tours or bike tours from here or relax on the terrace or Balcony. Ideal starting point for excursion destinations in the surrounding area such as Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Chiemsee ....
