"The staff was wonderful and everything was as smooth as could be. Rooms were ready and clean. Shuttle was punctual. Breakfast was plentiful. Beds comfortable. The room was extremely dim, however, which was annoying, but everything else was fantastic. "

"We actually didn’t get to stay! We booked through expedia and unfortunately the booking went through even though there were no rooms available. It was naturally disappointing but we can't sat enough good things about the staff. The management was attentive and appoligetic. She gave us food vouchers to dine in and the wait staff was kind and informed on our issue. They treated us so well thar we will absolutely be back to enjoy the full experience. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! "
