"I want to give this hotel 5 stars, but I cannot since they double charged me and has not given my a refund as of today, 2 months later. The young lady that checked me out said the room was not prepaid. OF COURSE I should have run out to the car and found my prepaid email from Hotels.com, but I did not, I trusted her. She charged me a second time. I called hotels.com and they said I had to deal with the hotel, but when I call, no one speaks english. Hotels.com finally called them and said the...

"Lovely home, however, there were some issues. Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "

"very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned."

"Carolina made every effort and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It was extremely easy to communicate with her. We asked for eating recommendations and she obliged. We needed help with transportation alternatives and she helped. She and Arturo are truly dedicated to their guests and very accommodating. The apartment is wonderful and is graciously provided with certain staples that make visitors’ lives easier. And it is just a short walk from the Cassino railway station. We truly recommend it!"
