We extended our stay of one more night and the lady at front desk was super helpful when we talk over the phone and she was the same person who welcomed us on check in day. The room was spacious (we had a one bedroom suite) and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was super helpful with a variety of choices. The hotel is well located with view over mountains, near many shoppes, restaurants and the lake."

But overall, a very nice place."
