"Everything about this place is horrible from the staff to the room to the beach to the facility itself. It is so bad I checked out the same day although I paid for five days and then when I try to get a refund, the staff never responded to me"

"This hotel is very clean. The staff were very nice and their service was great. Breakfast was delicious. The bad thing about this hotel is the location. Everything is very far from the hotel and you need to get a taxi or uber to get to the malecón or any local beach."
