"Very conveniently located. Easy walk to the mini metro, which takes you to the main station. And a short (uphill) walk into the centre. Not staffed, but very responsive to texts. No issues with arrival and check-in. Looks like a hotel, operates more like an Airbnb. Lovely comfortable suite with fridge and free refreshments. Rooms are only cleaned if you stay 4 nights or longer. You can request for your room to be cleaned, however there will be an additional cost."

"Nicely situated place, right on the edge of the old center. Note that you can drop your stuff but you do need to park approx 15min away. Not a big problem but just be warned. There was some late night (motos and loud-talking neighbors) and early morning street noise (garbage truck and/or street cleaners) and seems like there is little to no noise isolation on the windows. The curtains don’t fully cover the windows either so lots of light. As a light sleeper, this wasn’t great. If none of that bothers you, you’ll be great."

"Very good hotel , extremely clean, rooms very comfortable including spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Personal choice - bed a bit firm but still slept ok, perhaps a mattress topper could be offered. Aircon was really good. Breakfast was the usual thing but orange juice was good and loved the fresh fruit and pastries. Husband loved the eggs. Perfect location to use the escalators to the old town which is beautiful. But it was peaceful at night with great windows that keep out the road noise. I must say we have never found such a peaceful hotel, staying 8 nights in the Jazz festival so a busy time but felt like we were the only guests, very quiet rooms. Only had one evening meal in the hotel as so many close restaurants but must say the hotel restaurant was extremely good and reasonably priced menu. Staff were all friendly and room cleaning was great they tried to go in when you went to breakfast. Thanks to all."

"We stayed at Perugino apartment for the Jazz festival and were delighted with the apartment. Perugino is on the ground floor with two very comfortable bedrooms and lots of space as well as a shady terrace. Guiseppe was very welcoming and helpful with advice. It’s a great location just in a quiet suburb, with a supermarket and bakery in walking distance. There are a number of buses that take you to the city centre in 10 minutes and it’s an easy 25 minute walk back, down hill. The salt water pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds. The kitchen is small but quite well equipped. It was very hot in July - mid 30s - but the apartment stayed reasonably cool if you keep all the shutters closed. The air-con was an additional 140 for the week which we were unaware of so decided to manage without. There were fans in the bedrooms which were needed at night. There was a charge for new towels so maybe bring spares and for the pool."

"Charming Historic hotel with modern amenities, updated bathrooms. Great buffet breakfast included. Very helpful multi-lingual staff, whether giving advice or directions, selling mini-metro transit passes, or storing luggage. Excellent central location within the old walls, near to major piazzas, historic sites, museums, cafes & restaurants. Easy to access hotel from bus station via moving stairs (escalator), near to mini-metro line to get to/from main train station. A great summer stay in a great Umbrian city!"
