The room are without door handles can only opened from the outside by a staff member ,no self entry by guest has a feeling of a jail cell. no phones. rally weird rotary device on the inside to unlock the door. would be impossible to operated if in a panic or fire situation. very old bathroom vanity, sink dripped. not mattress cover just bottom sheet. stained mattress. bars on windows. in all a very uneasy and unsettling room. would not consider staying again.

Receptionist was quite friendly however room came without keys, basic toiletries you would expect in a hotel like soap, shampoo etc. Plus have no concept what is a continental breakfast. Need lots of improvement.

No key to get into room. The front desk has control of the room door lock to unlock door at anytime which was very scary. We had no key to leave or get back into the room. Wanted to go out to get food and there was no one at the front desk. If we left we will not get back in. Very rundown conditions and the bed sheets has stains on it, the pillow case has stains. Paint pealing on the walls. We did not sleep that night waiting to leave in morning. Never recommend that hotel.

Only for one short night

Don't come here with high expectations. It works for a short night before or after a late flight arrival or early departure. Shower was full of mold, bathroom needs full renovation. There is nowhere comfortable to sit, so they should take one of the two large beds out of the room and put in a comfy chair instead.

The hotel is a short 4 minute drive from the airport. The room was spacious and clean and the receptionist was very nice. The towels were stained but the receptionist explained that the stains were rust stains from the washing machine which explained a lot but did little to instil confidence in the overall cleanliness of the towels and linen. Nonetheless I definitely got value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel

Istayed one night on November 12, 2019 as i needed to be at the airport for 5 am to catch an early flight. First and foremost the pic being displayed is nothing like how this property looks, the room was very funky as if its has been locked up for decades, they only turned then ac on when I checked in and there was smell of sewage. Water was shut off for sometime and was only addressed when I called down to ask what's happening to the water supply. The room was dirty and indeed of a proper cleaning, the towels in the washroom was very very dirty and I had to take them down to the lady at front desk who had to search to find clean towels to replace what was left in the washroom. The washroom was very very dirty I was so afraid to even take a shower. This place need to be taken off expedia and other booking website the management of this place need to do something about the cleanliness or stop renting this mess to unsuspected travellers. I wasn't able to cancell when I got there as I had to pay when booking and was told it's not refundable so i was stuck with this mess for the night, by far this is the worst i have ever seen since I've been travelling I will never every recommend anyone to stay here it's a mess you will regret it.

Room was really nice, clean and cozy. Professional and friendly service. Good parking. Area is safe with easy access to highway. Close to the mall, airport, places to eat and shop. Tv is good size. There is a mini refrigerator with 2 complimentary bottles of water. I liked that there were 4 pillows. No complaints at all. It was worth the cost. I would definately stay there many more times.

Excellent place for a one night stay when you have to be at the airport early. They arrange for a taxi to the airport as well but it's a bit pricey considering the distance. There's a plaza across the street with a fantastic Chinese restaurant (George's) that has a surprisingly well stocked bar.

It is not what you see in the picture. No restaurant, You pay breakfast for only a terrible coffee, crakers and slice of bread, For what you pay, Please eat outside. Only a mile from the airport and they don't have a shuttle. You have to pay for a taxi and they charge you a lot. a rip-off. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
