"This hotel is amazing. The location is not too far from the city, it's located in a beautiful, scenic mountain area. We had enjoyed the service a lot too. The manager was extremely helpful and paid great attention to all details. Last but not least, the beddings were extremely comfortable too. "

"This is the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed in China in regards to its modern design in hotel rooms, cleanliness, pool and spa. Service is excellent and particularly Alice (王秀) in the restaurant who helped arranged for us table travelling in a group of 10. Breakfast has many items but varieties seemed not good enough. Location is not in city centre but it’s very convenient to go to airport and Railway Station. Will definitely stay again for my next travel to Chongqing."

"Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever.
I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it out. I was left with the only option of paying for a room directly at the hotel because I hadn't paid for the room when i booked it which was lucky.
In all honesty, I was happy. The hotel is old, dirty and smelly. Very dated."
