Outside, you can fully enjoy your holiday, especially on the terrace with a view of Lake Como, ideal during the day, evening, and night. Firewood for the two stoves and the barbecue is located on the north side of the house and is available for an extra fee, as is a refreshing outdoor shower. The garden is perfect for sunbathing, and a 5-meter-long wooden bench serves as a relaxation area. Casa Bianca, also known as 'Casa Banca', is a four-story tower. On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen to high standards and a table with a corner bench, with direct access to the 20-square-meter terrace. Large windows and glass doors offer exceptional views of Lake Como from every room. Gas central heating provides the necessary warmth (costs depend on consumption). On the first floor, there is the first bedroom with a double bed and balcony, as well as a small bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor, there is a room with two single beds and a bathroom with a large shower, WC, and washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a living room with sofa, music system, satellite TV, and a guest bed, ideal for pleasant days even when it rains. A Swedish stove offers cozy warmth even under the roof. Two large gable windows allow you to admire the lake, while a skylight enables quick ventilation on summer days. Note: WLAN, electricity, gas for heating, firewood for the Swedish stoves and barbecue, as well as towels and bed linen are available for an extra fee and must be paid before arrival according to your individual use and consumption.
