Expedia listed my room as king bed and displayed pictures of a king room with a bathtub and shower, however when I checked it, it was a Queen bed with no bathtub! I contacted the hotel and Expedia and they were both wrong. They both tried to blame each other. The tv never connected to my iPhone so having a tv was useless. The safe wasn’t locking. The AC was difficult to use and we couldn’t change the temp. The staff was excellent and accommodating but we ran into quite a few issues. Also the rooms are all only accessible by stairs, lots of them!!! No views from the rooms we had! Overall we were fine with the room but would not rebook.

"This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous setting. Hiking is available directly from the property. It is serene and relaxing. The staff was very responsive. The property is in the mountains, the air is crisp and smells like wonderful fir trees."
