" Friendly staff, nice room with comfortable bed and shower. Good location walkable to the centre and close to the sea front. Especially liked the bar area and outdoor seating for enjoying a bottle of wine. Breakfast had a large selection of cakes/tarts."

"I have never been to a hotel where the staff have been this friendly and attentive to every detail. You feel so welcome and at home! You have to make time to go and relax in the spa! The view of the beach is extraordinary! The service in the restaurants is out of this world! "

"Breakfast highlight of the stay - good quality ingredients, very tasty cakes and croissants served by very pleasant staff in a very bright and large room overlooking the sea. I paid a very reasonable rate for a short stay and that made the package valuable and effective for me - room as large and the shower very nice - For longer stays I would though give more consideration to key aspects such as parking as very difficult, mattress (hard for me), could not lock the room door from the inside and WiFi not available. "

"The property was immaculate and is a beautiful setting with well maintained grounds, fruit trees and privacy. The pool was used daily and is kept clean. The property sits atop a hill which is walkable to the market and Fano, however, if navigating it frequently, I would recommend renting a car. We made good friends of Nicola and Marco (taxi service.) The property manager, Tatiana, and her son Nicco and friend Valentina were wonderful. All were very responsive to our needs which were few. We had our family of 3 generations and all of us loved our stay. There was ample room ( we had both houses) for everyone. It was appreciated there was a washing machine for small items ( it cannot accommodate large or heavy loads) but was enough to keep us feeling refreshed. The kitchen had all the essentials needed. Beautiful location, beautiful host family, beautiful memories! Book it! You will not regret it!"
