During check-in, the front desk receptionist insisted to keep my passport until the end of my stay as a form of deposit. And when I refused, they told me to make a payment of 500,000₫, cash only. I don’t mind paying for a deposit, but the hotel should at least notify beforehand about this policy.
Other than that, room and breakfast is ok, pool was nice.

The staff service is really good, could say one of the best service hotel in vinwonder and nha trang. They really take care and support. The only weakness is the Wave Bar, need more attention, they don't clean the table when I come. Even when I leave the table also not clean (cause I stay there for a while wait for buggy so I know).

Good hotel on beachfront in walking distance to market, restaurants and coffee shops. Was disappointed with the number of sunloungers (about 6/8?!) on the beach which is surprising for the size of hotel.

The transportation with the shuttle buses was terrible, at peak times we would wait 20 minutes to then not fit on a bus as other people would stampede each other to get on. Overall a great hotel that lets itself down when it comes to looking after the beachside - I can’t understand why staff aren’t allocated to sort out the plastic and waste on the beach that’s clearly from hotel guests.
