Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.

Definitely an older hotel and it shows. They are trying to make improvements. I was happy to see our room had panel flooring instead of carpet. The vending machine on floor 43 was out of every single item. The mini bar in our room was outrageously priced. I think it was $18 for a bottle of water. Otherwise good location. No real issues. Just flabbergasted at the prices- but that’s all of Vegas. My only real complaint is that the pool was “closed for the season”. You were able to go to the hotel next door and use their pool but that is not convenient. Also it is $50 extra charge to check in early.

The photo you show is fake, not only not on the river, they didn't have a room for us for the entire stay, which was only 2 nights. Staff was terrible.
