"Layouts of the rooms is good, the kitchenette was perfect. The shower faucet was broken or the toilet was leaking from the bottom.

"This area is very fitness focused. If you’re not here for the gyms and the training it might not be for you. We were here for the facilities of the area, good healthy food, workouts, access to world class gyms and trainers.
The accommodation was large, simple, clean and quiet. Perfect after a busy day of fitness. "

"The breakfast was good. Staff and customer service was excellent. I requested for a pool access room. Got it for last two days out of seven days but was reached by staff that there is an issue with the pool access room and to ensure my satisfaction they offered free upgrade to a Villa with private pool and it was amazing. The breakfast basket at the pool i requested was simply amazing. Overall, it was a great experience. Check out time is 12:00 which is good and upon request they complimentary extended the checkout time to 2:00 pm. So, a great experience overall. "
"We loved everything about our stay from the room (cleaned daily), to the friendliness of the staff and variety at breakfast. The hotel is located close to Karon beach (you can walk but there is also a free shuttle service provided by the hotel) and lots of choices for restaurants and massage parlours nearby too. The resort is set on a hill, so isn’t ideal for those with mobility issues. However, the staff are very accommodating to guest needs day or night and provide a concierge service to your room if you don’t want to walk far. "

The scenery is beautiful there’s actually things to do at the resort! and not to mention my room was a 5 min walk to the beach! I went for my birthday and I’m soo glad i chose this resort! My room was spacious. I enjoyed a large bathtub as well as pool to relax! The staff are incredible super friendly and greeted and helped me immediately upon arrival. "This hotel is incredible. From the delicious food, to the beautiful lush greenery that surrounds the grounds. Our room was always clean each day, mini bar stocked. BUT I feel what makes Noku Phuket so special is the staff they have employed there. Everyone is so kind and willing to help you. And the pleasantness they exude is genuine. They truly will go out of their way to make your time there enjoyable. My checkout was noon but my flight didn't leave till almost midnight. The resort allowed me to store my bags at the desk. I was able to still enjoy all the hotel amenities the rest of the day leading up to my flight. As well as shower before I left. If you are looking for a one of a kind place look no further. If you want relaxation, quiet and privacy this is your place. My husband and I received massages and they were so incredible that we went back a few days later and got another one!
