"The staff was immensely kind and helpful and contributed to make our stay the best. Tom gave us some great tips for places to go. There is a selection of great vegetarian food and tasty drinks available at any time. We were greatful for being greeted by a smile when we ordered food slightly outside of normal hours. The area is peaceful with a great view on mountains. The hot pool was enjoyable. The bungalow was clean and cosy."

"The good: The villas are beautiful. Very comfortable. The bad: 1) Like many resorts, Natalie's is a taxi ride away from any services. Unlike many resorts in this situation, it doesn't offer food options outside of breakfast and dinner. We arrived at 1pm and asked to have lunch at the restaurant. We were told that wasn't possible. 2) We were looking forward to a nice relaxing swim in the pool after lunch, but when we returned the pool was packed with loud kids.
