"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I was initially assigned a room where the bathroom exhausted fan was so obnoxiously loud that I had to request a change of room. On second night, there was no running water to my hotel room located on the fifth floor. When I requested to be moved to a room with running water so I can shower, a male receptionist asked if I can just temporarily shower in another room but stay in the current room without running water for the night. Ms Vũ Thi Linh phúc, FO Supervisor, Ms Vǎn Thi Nhân, Dining room Supervisor and Ms Tran Thi Kim Ngan, Rooms Division Manager all deserve special recognition. The room was large, bright and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was copious and delicious. The swimming pools were awesome!"
