Nice stay overall. Our sink wasn’t draining well and we had no shower gel upon arrival. Our check in was fine though they didn’t offer any help or suggestions. The water slide was to open at 11 but each day didn’t open until 11:30. This was a drag considering one day the whole falls area was closing ...

FOUNDRE Phoenix
The cleanliness was the biggest issue. Travis (the evening shift manager) was the second. Terrible customer service, bad for the company’s reputation. Every other person was very nice and very helpful regarding my huge concern about our room being unsanitary.
