Great AC, comfortable bed, nice sized fridge, adequate utensils for food prep for a short stay. Suggest an electric hot water kettle along side the keurig and check the drain in the bathroom as it is very slow; other than that, great stay!

Perfect hub for exploring Phoenix area!

This spot was perfect for us as a home base as we spent a few days exploring the area for an upcoming move. Was close to everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. Host was wonderfully accommodating and quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a short stay here in arizona but the home with very clean and the owner communicated very well with guest needed extra bed for kids and he made sure he had inflatable bed for them ready. Will come stay again in future.

Amazing stay

This place was EXACTLY as described in the profile. It was located in a safe, neighborhood with easy access to the main road that had many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The bed was comfortable, the room had everything needed for an easy stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plastic cups and silverware.

Exactly as Advertised - Very nice!!

We loved staying here. The bed was comfy and the room was pretty large for two people. It was nice to have a couch too so we could spread out a little. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a few things in walking distance, but I would recommend brining/renting a vehicle. The check-in process was seamless and the parking was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!
