Very Nice Home

This is a great, clean, well-equipped place to stay near some great golf courses with a refreshing pool and shady patio. We thoroughly enjoyed it. There was instant communication with owners or property managers about check in. Will book again next year.

Perfect Vacay

My husband and I wanted a place to relax for our summer vacay and this was amazing. Location was also great! The pool was so nice and perfect for us. We loved having the trees in the yard as well for our fur babies and was perfect amount of shade. Would definitely stay again!

House was well equipped on a quiet block. Large pool and beautiful backyard. Our host, Mansoor, was very responsive to our requests and questions. Great for a family/friend vacation. Close to I-10 and 101 as well as downtown Chandler.

Beautiful roomy house. Great location close to shopping, dining. Gorgeous outdoor spaces, unfortunately we visited during the time of year when it’s too hot to be outdoors. Good thing the house was beautiful indoors as well!! Would definitely recommend. We will return when we’re back in the area.

House was very clean and spacious, a good house for a family trip. They do have a children play pin and toys and floats for pool. Pool is very deep 8ft on the deep end but as soon as you get off stairs already at 4ft, it tappers off very quickly watch for your little one’s.

Perfect Staycation Away from Home

My husband and I spent a week in October 2023 at this lovely home. The backyard including the pool and fire pit area was wonderful . Would definitely recommend paying extra to have the pool heated if you plan to stay in the cooler months in Arizona. Overall, great stay and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Chandler area. Also, the customer service provided by Mansoor, the property manager, was top notch!

So Comfortable and Lovely

We came to AZ , from out-of-state, to deliver our student to college. We wanted to stay a while to look around. We wanted a home environment and received so much more than we expected. Mansoor, the owner, was kind and accommating, when an unexpected event caused our schedule to change. It’s clear that much thought went into the decor, yet every place from the beds to the couches were comfortable. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME, AND HOPE WE WILL BE ABLE TO RETURN.

The house was great! Everyone commented on how nice the place was. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was nice but it didn’t feel very warm even though we paid extra for it to be heated. Learning how to work the lights and fans was a little confusing at first but we got it down. Some minor dusting could’ve been done on the shelves like in the closets but everything else was very clean. The communication was great throughout our stay! We had a package delivered while we were there and it was put into the parcel locker but they were nice enough to get it and deliver it to the house for us. Location was perfect with Walmart, shopping, and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Good staycation - close to home, but far enough away

We're local to the Phoenix metro area, living about 40 miles outside of the city. Wanted a home big enough for my wife, daughter and 2 dogs, with a pool, and with shopping & restaurants nearby. This home was great - was not far from Chandler Fashion Sq, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Relatively short drive there and back home. The house had a good layout, lots of tv's and places to spread out. The kitchen had everything labeled. Large yard for the dogs to run around in, and the pool was great. Lots of trees which provide lots of shade, but also attracts birds - so there were some droppings to deal with on some of the patio furniture. We did have to search for some of the controls for lights and fans, but that's minor stuff with any new place. There are stairs which one of our dogs loved, the other not so much. All in all it was a good stay, and I can see us going back there in the future.

Overall location of property is very good. Safe. Friendly neighborhood. Overall layout of house and backyard is set up nice. The decor was cute. The house however was not well maintained. Refrigerator worked, but broken and mold in icebox. Coffee maker did not work. Pool advertised but when asked if we could heat prior to booking was quoted 139/ night verses 75 in description and then told “don’t heat in December”. Front door didn’t shut unless dead bolt locked from inside. Sprinklers set to go off midday. When guests present, wouldn’t recommend watering the lawn as only area for activities in backyard. Paint chips and damage throughout house, downstairs bathroom needs repair, house was not well stocked. House could be great but doesn’t seem to be well maintained. Pool pump is leaking in backyard- and probably losing several gallons of water per day. We always appreciate the ability to stay somewhere new- but this was not our favorite. Thanks.

2 month stay review

My husband and I stayed here for two months to get out of the cold weather up north. I will start with the positives.The neighboorhood/location that this house is located was ideal for us, many great restaurants and places to visit nearby.Mansoor, the manager of the property, was a pleasant kind man and responded quickly when we had urgent needs.The negatives:The property wasn't ready when we first came, they were still getting it ready.The house was very dirty for our standards, I ended up taking a whole day near the beginning of our stay to clean bathrooms, walls, windows, trim, doors, etc to make it more comfortable and livable. Still the pillows, dining room chairs, outside area and other parts were not clean and it wasn't something that I would want to tackle since it isn't my home.The master shower backed up (I see in other reviews this has been an ongoing issue) and the shower head didn't work properly.The yard is not maintained so any time the wind blows debris from the trees and bushes blows everywhere and we ended up having to take care of broken branches/debris ourselves since the landscaper never showed up.The upper backdeck appears to be in very poor condition and wasn't clean, we ended up never going out there.The outdoor furniture was very dirty when we arrived and quite a bit of it needs to be replaced or cleaned thoroughly. We ended up leaving a few days early because we were tired of living here.

Great home, great location , backyard was beautiful but…

The home was spacious, very clean well stocked with items that you would need for your stay. If you’re planning on staying in the summer months, the home can get a little warm. It is a two-story home with only one air conditioning unit and the thermostat is upstairs. The primary bedroom has a ceiling fan, but the other two bedrooms do not. We had to keep lowering the temperature to be comfortable although there was a note that he didn’t want it turned down past 78°. We booked the home because of the beautiful backyard . When heading out to the pool, most of the pool decking was covered in bird feces. I do not believe the property was cleaned off before we arrived. Even the pool Lounge chairs had bird poop on them. Overall, it was an OK stay. I would recommend the host focus on cleaning the pool area just a few hours before guests arrive. There are a lot of trees in the backyard so I do understand the bird situation, but it was obvious that it was not cleaned before we arrived and I did not feel comfortable walking around wth wet feet so I took it upon myself to hose off and scrub the pool decking . Any question or concern I had the host was very prompt in responding.

A Clean and Comfy Place to Chill.

We walked into the home and– Bang, we felt welcomed and comfortable! I did not think it would be this facile to walk into a place that is not your home and still feel that good, but that is how my party and I felt when we walked in the door. I must begin by saying that I have no prior experience with vacation rentals, so I cannot compare my stay here with any other homes. What I can say is that the house we walked into was not only true to the description, whether photographic or literal, but it even surpassed our expectations. I can tell you that I was truly nervous that that it wouldn't live up to our expectations and that we would be betrayed by something or another. But, boy, we made the right choice. It had it all– and it was clean, beautiful and welcoming! Our host, Mansoor, is very attentive and quick to answer queries. Before we even reserved, we needed answers that would help us to decide upon this home, and I sent them through the app late at night expecting he would answer the next morning. He responded the same night. During the stay, we had a question regarding net connectivity – I couldn't figure out how to log into the WiFi– and he instructed me on how to troubleshoot. Although that was not the answer, luckily my teenaged daughter knew what it was. The home has all the things a modern home needs, from internet, streaming services, a home security system, large flat-screened TVs in the right places. The living quarters: the rooms have firm mattresses and plush yet light bedding, and uncluttered; the bathrooms are clean and the shower/tub in the master restroom beautiful and modern; the living rooms are ample, with clean and comfy couches, board games to enjoy, big flat screens; the dining table is big, clean and pretty. Natural light is in abundance, but the house is equipped with modern light-filtering shades that give the rooms a nice ambiance. The. Back. Yard. Is. Chill. The balcony is accessible from the master, and it has patio furniture. Downstairs, we have another shaded area with furniture, a hammock nestled between tall trees that also provide shade to the pool, and an outdoor fire pit. Did I mention the pool? There was water toys, chaise lounge chairs, and other things around it that made it a go-to. We stayed in the pool (which can be heated) till late into the night. A sweet, fun and chill time was had by all out back... The house accomodates 8, but it is a big enough property. Without question we will be back. 🖖
