The hotel was a bit further away from the airport that I had anticipated however, they have a shuttle to get you back-and-forth. The staff is absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful and just beautiful people with great energy. I really look forward to visiting again..

Family friendly, quiet, relaxed. Not that clean, had to re-clean after. Staff had great customer service though. English was a bit of an issue.

Electricity went out on the morning of our last day, we had to take the stairs down 6 flights of stairs, we had no AC or lights in the bathrooms, the restaurant tables smelled like piss for some reason, there was food on the ground swarmed with ants, the farm right next to the hotel had a rooster that called every 5 minutes since the crack of dawn

"The hotel gym was disappointing. The equipment consisted mainly of old dumbbells and outdated weight machines. Unfortunately the fitness was not air-conditioned, and with outdoor temperature around 98-100 degrees F, it was simply too hot to exercise comfortably. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. ..."
