The staff was very accommodating . We had a late flight and traveling with small children. They were able to let us stay in our room past noon. Which was really nice.

This is a really lovely hotel. The rooms are luxurious, clean and quiet. The included breakfast is excellent, the rooftop bar and pool are beautiful and relaxing places to spend a couple of hours with a beer and watch the sunset. All of the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly - service was excellent all around. The location in the old quarter and close to the lake is fantastic for sight seeing and taking in the bustling atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic hotel to stay in. It’s based in the Old Quarter with Train Street a five minute walk away. Ruth and all the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. At breakfast, we were greeted by name and we couldn’t ask for better service from all staff. We honestly didn’t want to leave. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and in the heart of the Old Quarer.
