God beliggenhed, dårlig standard, gode senge

Jeg havde booket et værelse hvor der i beskrivelsen på hotels stod, at der var udsigt mod byen. Jeg fik så et værelse helt uden vinduer. Meget slidt værelse, meget lydt. Væggen var bla. Repereret med tabe. Døren til værelset var uden lås, så det blev låst med en stor hængelås, både ude fra og indefra. 2 dejligt store senge med god komfort. Venligt personale. Dejligt område med massere af restauranter og barer.

In der Lobby schien alles etwas unorganisiert, was aber den Charme Kambodschas ausmacht. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber der Ventilator war sehr laut.

Room very shabby and dirty with cobwebs, peeling paint, broken towel rail and leaky shower. No control over AC which was too cold when on, and temperature soon became too hot when off. No kettle, lighting poor. Very noisy location at busy street intersection and loud disco music nearby until 1.00am.

Very dirty

I’ve stayed in cheaper guesthouses that were much cleaner... even the reception was very dirty, with many flies. My initial room didn’t have hot water, it seems like they do not clean the rooms after a guest leaves. Many spiders, geckos and flies inside the room. People from th staff don’t talk much and they see the guests/travelers as money only... really bad experience

Quartos descuidados

Passamos lá duas vezes (a segunda porque já tínhamos feito a reserva sem possibilidade de cancelamento e porque nossas malas ficariam lá enquanto visitávamos outra cidade). Nossa primeira passagem foi terrível; quarto sujo, todos os tipos de insetos, teias grandes por todos os cantos. Na segunda o quarto era mais limpo, mas com vazamentos por todos os lados. A equipe é ok (apesar de perguntarem a todo o momento se já havíamos feito o pagamento, e tínhamos que explicar e mostrar que pagamos no próprio Expedia), nossas malas foram bem guardadas, o restaurante tem de tudo com preços razoáveis, eles oferecem todos os serviços relativos a passeios e passagens, a localização é excelente, mas deviam tomar mais cuidado com os quartos.

宿泊料金をチェックインする前に全部払ったにも関わらず、払ってないと言われ、自分が外出している時に自分荷物を全て出されました。しかも部屋もあけっぱなしの状態にされました。確認もせずに払ってないと言われ、しかもそんなことまでされて非常に気分が悪かった。

Alright stay

Let us check in at 8am after bus was early and we arrived at 6am which was really nice, also let us crash on the couch for the 2 hours before the room was available! Rooms are pretty basic and a bit shabby but air con is good. Cleanliness of the bathroom was pretty poor but not the worst I’ve seen.

Bad experience

The hotel is in bad shape. The stair ways is dirty. The room is in bad shape even with a fresh coat of paint. The reception asking me to pay when I check in and check out of the hotel which I have paid via Expedia which Expedia need to take note of. In addition, my stay suffered close to 1 hour of electricity outage. There is not cloth hanger in the bath room.

B,,ed collapsed.wardrobe: no coathangers,both side doors Hang in only 1joint.no table, no way to charge phone/1 set oft plugs didnt work at all, the other could only be used... OK, i am dick and tired oft complaining. Hot Water ok. Aircon ok, location ok if you like loud traffic junction and nightlife.wohnt. tell you about some staff and costumers.
