I have stayed here before a couple of times over the past 3 years. It is a very reasonable price. The staff are very nice. It just has a few things that keep it from a higher score. One really weird thing is that they have wired in the in room ref to the power circuit for the room. If you pull your key, you turn off the ref. Secondly, I would not recommend the cafe as often the food is just warmed up and if it is not the breakfast meal, then plan on waiting at least 30 to 45 minutes even if you are the only ones there.

It has an authentic Cambodian feel to it. I didn't like the fact that they did not put a "do not disturb" sign in my room. I asked them specifically for the sign to put on my door, but they didn't provide it at first. I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the room service staff had entered my room and cleaned it, even though I had asked the front desk staff repeatedly to not do so. I then complained about it and insisted that they provide a "do not disturb" sign on my room door, and they did then provide one. I noticed that some other rooms had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, but why was a sign not provided in my room from the very beginning of my stay? If it had been, this issue probably would not have happened. The front desk staff apologized and were friendly. My advice: this hotel is good value for money, but make sure they provide both a 'do not disturb' and a "make up room" sign in your room so that there is no misunderstanding from the beginning... Overall, I enjoyed my stay, it was conveniently located near the conference venue I was visiting (though not so near the main tourist attractions).

They had shut the gym for a bank holiday, we threatened to leave as the only reason we had booked this hotel (paying a premium) was to use the facilities. After hotels.com started to arrange a relocation for us they decided they could open the gym for us. The gym is pretty good but could do with some aircon.

Put the ref on a different circuit!
For the price and the fact that a breakfast buffet is included, it is a nice hotel. My one complaint is that like many hotels, when you leave and take your key (and a credit card in the slot doesn't work :)), all the power, I mean all the power shuts off. Including the refrigerator. So, anything you put in the fridge is only cold when you wake up in the morning.

Homely Stay
For its price, Senhan Hotel is excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Maybe, a little more Wester-style foods, such as bacon and waffles. The location was close to everything. I stayed here for 10 days or so and felt safe the whole time. On my downtime, I even had a rewarding time walking around the neighborhood.

Typically Asiasia hotel
Typically Asian Hotel quite a distance from the main area of Phnom Penh. No restaurants close by. Hotel staff speak poor English. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is included. Many times it's cold because the food warmers do not work or are not turned on. Gym area has no AC thus is hot. Spa area needs repairs. Bus loads of Asian business people show up every few days and are loud.

Deluxe Double Balcony Room is 24 m2
They don't list the room sizes online, but the Deluxe Double Balcony Room is 24 m2. That does not include the balcony. The balcony is shared with another room, so make sure you lock the balcony door. There's no chairs or table on the balcony for you to sit and relax so the balcony is just a waste of space. There's no elevated platform for your luggage so you have to put your luggage on the floor and bend down to get your clothes. There's a desk and a chair, but the chair is hard so it's not comfortable to sit on for long durations. I borrowed a softer chair from the restaurant for the night. There's coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The closet has two bathrobes, which is a nice touch. One side of the bed is up against the wall, which is a bit awkward. There is a building next door that blocks your view from the window so make sure you get a room on a high floor. I got room 702, which had a nice view. I'm not sure if room 602 would clear the roof the adjacent building. If you walk around the block, there's nothing much going on except for KTVs. For eating, look for the nearby barbecue restaurant. They use these industrial ceiling mounted wifi routers and repeaters that leave you no option to hardwire if the wifi is slow. Fast enough for reading, but not for watching videos or voice. There's a pool and gym as well. Get a room 6th floor and up. Anything below there's a building next door that blocks your view.

Simple and nice hotel
We went there to do volunteer teaching in Don Bosco School and found the hotel is at a walking distance to the school. The room is simple and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants nearby that you can eat Korean, western and local food.

The hotel is well presented. The rooms are spacious but there was an issue with our as it smelt like petrol or paint so we made a complaint and they gave us another room. This was good only to find we had no hot water for showers. When notified they responded quickly and fixed the problem. Breakfast was ok but not alot for westerners. Despite the issues the hotel staff were friendly.

Great value!
I choose the hotel because it is reasonably close to the airport. It was very reasonably priced and included an excellent buffet breakfast. My room had an issue when I first got there, but they immediately sent 3 people to take care of the problem. All three people were extremely friendly and competently took care of the problem. The bathroom had a great shower and nice tolietries. It is a modern hotel with a very nice spa and gym facilities, I did not use the pool but it looked great. The rooftop dining area is simply amazing. I was surprised that I was the only one there because it has a beautiful 360 view of the city, the night was warm with a great breeze. It was just perfect. The food and drink were good and inexpensive. The location is not that close to the major attractions, but otherwise it is a great place to stay for the money.

Exceptional Value for money, Great modern hotel, with excellent facilities and friendly staff, Only down side is distance from Riverside, although its only $4 in a Tuk Tuk. Wouldnt let that put you off as i would certainly stay here again!

Lovely Hotel With Really Friendly Staff
This is a really nice hotel with very friendly staff. During our 2 night stay here in October 2014 the hotels receptionist was so kind, recommended some lovely restaurant's to us down by the river (which we would never have found ourselves) and even looked after our transport there and back. He also looked after our bus transfer and visa to Vietnam. Would definately stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to others also. Hopfully will stay there soon again.

Comfortable Hotel
A clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. It was rather new when I stay in Oct 2014. The room I stayed in was clean, and housekeeping ensured that it is clean throughout the 4 nights that I stayed there. The staff are friendly and helpful. I left my watch upon checking out. Upon writing to them, they confirmed that the watch was found. It showed the honesty of the staff. The place is not in the city centre, but a tuk tuk ride to the city may cost about USD5/-. For Muslims, halal food is a bit difficult to find in the vicinity. Have to go to the city centre for halal food. May consider to stay there again on next visit.

A bit disappointed....
This hotel is fine but we paid a bit more money after travelling from Siem reap for the spa and jacuzzi etc only to discover on arrival that there are separate spas for men and women, my partner and I were hoping to relax and enjoy this together. The staff were friendly and the rooms are OK but I would suggest eating dinner out of the hotel, we didn't try breakfast so can't comment on that.

I was on a business trip to Phnom penh and it was my third hotel in my 1 month stay in Cambodia. I stayed a week at more expensive hotel in Phnom penh and 4 days in Siem Reap before I moved to this hotel. Thus, my rating is just based on staying in 3 hotels in Cambodia. Sen Han Hotel was the most inexpensive hotel. Other two costed me about the tw\ce of the rates. Nevertheless, it was quiet and very clean (newly constructed).Every evening I was looking at beautiful sun set of the city from my room. The breakfast is not as good as other two more expensive hotels. I liked coffee there but certainly disliked juice. Fruits were minimal. No milk. However, Gym is more spacious than those in more expensive hotels The worst thing in the Hotel is the mirrors in the Gym, they may look you too fat. On the other hand, the best thing in the hotel the mirror in the elevator. It may make you look really thin. Many local restaurants around the hotel require you some adventure. There are some risks eating and drinking what they are selling. But, you must be mature enough to know what to eat or not to eat. Then, I recommend you to stay there and enjoy the lives of the local people. I had fun.

Food was good. Room was comfortable. Good beds. Nice patio overlooking city. Restaurant buffet in the morning was good. Large dinner selection of western and Asian foods. Swimming pool is great to relax at -- weather outside was 38 deg. C! Service was great. Very helpful. Neighborhood is a tuktuk ride away from riverside and sites (20 min?) and this is not a walking friendly city. Tuktuks are, thankfully, very very easy to come by. As you leave the hotel, one will notice you and offer a ride. 4.5 star hotel definintely

This is the best hotel I have stayed in at phnom penn , Excellent service , good buffet breakfast and leisure centre . Location a bit out of the way but 5 dollars will get you a tuck tuck to where you want to go .

Best hotel
For the past month my girlfriend and I have been travelling all over south east Asia from Canada, an this has been the cleanest most modern hotel we have stayed at. Only 3 months old it's brand new with all the modern looks and perks you want. Staff is very helpful and speak English well. Has a full restaurant and bar and food and drinks are fantastic and delicious. Definitely would stay here again and would highly recommend for a buisness or leisure stay. Small downside is a little far from city centre but really it's only about a 5 min 4 dollar tuk tuk ride so really can't complain! All in all fantastic hotel, far surpassed our expectations!!

Not bad at all for the price. I would recommend.
Good: Hotel is complete compared to all the other hotels in all of Cambodia that offer very little at a big price. This place has a Big Fitness area, Several Pool tables, Good size swimming pool w/towels. Sauna, Jacuzzi, Locker Room, Shower area. Bar is clean and friendly. Breakfast is buffet style and very filling with plenty of tables, ..... they have Bacon! Shuttles to and fro for a fee, Cable TV, Hot and Cold showers, etc. Bad: only complaint I had was there was blood on my toilette towards the base....yuck! And the area has a lot of Karaoke joints. If your there, then your probably going to Cambodia with perverted intention.

It's a nice little hot with lots of characters. The only thing with this hotel is that it is a little tired and part of the building requires updating. However the upside is that there are lots of facilities that is value for money. I enjoyed the staying in the hotel where the staff are attentive. The owner is very nice and he bent over backwards to make my stay pleasant.

Manager has an attitude and dishonest
The hotel is new and all facilities are in excellent conditions. All the utilities are on good working order and the housekeeping staff are very polite except the arrogant manager. He is also quite crafty and willing to rip the guests off given half a chance. The location is about $4 dollars on a tuk tuk and $6 in a car to the CBD if you booked outside of the hotel. But if you involved the high and mighty manager, he will ask for $10, which I think he abuses his position. He exploit the location of the hotel to make money for himself. This has happened twice from the airport pick up to booking a cab with the staff. .. and he gets involved giving them his own cabbies number. Usually the further out hotels provides free transport to the city so that the staff have no conflict of interest. But this hotel trades differently and allow the manager to exploit their guest. You may wonder how I knew he ripped us off. Firstly, the airport fare was $7 on their site, but we were charge $10. Then the trip to the city was not a straight journey just like he said "Oh it's a long journey to the... the.. ciity" So the cab driver divert even when I got my map out to see where he was going! By the time we paid for the excess fare we might as well stay in a better hotel that cost around $50 in the city. SACK THE MANAGER, he is a greedy p1g.

Brand new hotel feb 2014
A new hotel opened in feb 2014. The welcome was great, the room was spacious and clean. It has a separate ladies and men sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, attached to the building next door. However we did experience a few teething problems, namely no hot water and weak wifi. The staff tried there best to rectify however it was Chinese New Year so not done. Having seen other rooms please note that they have windows but that backs onto a wall of spa building. Book the balcony room. Breakfast was served in the room as the hotel does not officially open till the 16 feb. Short $4/5 tuk tuk ride to riverside where all the restaurants and bars are. It's certainly worth giving it a try. Perfect for a few night stay.

部屋のコンセントの3つのうち2つが壊れていて、携帯の充電ができないので、コンセントを直すか、部屋を変えてくれとお願いしたが対応してくれず、もともと、壊れているのをわかっていたような感じでした。結局、延長コードを借りて対応しました。足ふき、タオル等も古く色が変色しているようなものでした。カンボジアなのでこんなものなのかもしれませんが、カンボジアで同じ4★評価のところに同行者が宿泊したのですが、そことの差は大きいと思います。
