Pros: ok ish location, new sink /shower appliance in bathroom, and free bottled water. Oh and the safety box worked. That's about it.
Cons: flooded bathroom, mouldy bathroom walls, bathroom door didn't even close. Fridge stank, balcony door felt very flimsy, windows could be unlocked simply by applying a little force. No curtains, but old blinds which we had to tie up to allow any light in. Air con made me ill (though that could happen anywhere). Very old TV. Ceilings and walls very thin and we were regularly woken up by doors slamming and people running around late at night, and outside noise early in the morning. Pool had no privacy. Breakfast was a nearly finished loaf of white sliced bread with a toaster and questionable butter in the fridge to help yourself to. We went to have breakfast elsewhere and on the way out saw staff sat in the kitchen with their feet all over the worktops. Photos are nothing like the real thing.
I know it's a cheap hotel but it still felt very poor value and it was by far the worst hotel we stayed at during our trip around Cambodia and Vietnam. I'm sure you can get more for your money in PP. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
