Overall nice, but had to fight for it

It was hard at first. We got put in a room with no windows, despite the listing saying there were black out blinds and pictures of rooms with windows. We then got moved to a room with windows but also with black mould across the ceiling. We went through the errors in the listing with reception who refused to acknowledge their error, blaming the website for making the listing. Finally got moved to a decent room when hotels.com rang to ask for our nights to be refunded as it was not as seen/described. None of the rooms have bathtubs, FYI. After that staff couldn't be more helpful. The pool is small but has little water jets for bubbles so it's relaxing. The laundry service is 3x more expensive that if you do it yourself, we used it for convenience any way and it was great. Tuk Tuk and rickshaw drivers didn't know this road so have it ready on the map to point it out.

Charm and quiet and nice employees

Good classic old hotel with greats employees in good district .A lot of charm if you like old furnitures and classic old atmosphere with a little nice swimming pool with nice plants. Quiet and relax place.

Great staff, spacious room

I was in need of a good sleep after a lot of travelling. The night receptionist was friendly& helpful. Had a laugh as the security chap was asleep! I was assigned a big room which was welcome & I was glad to have tea & coffee making facilities. I liked the good size shower gel & shampoo dispensers. There is a supermarket close by which is open late. Special thanks to both nice female day reception staff who helped me charge my phone kindly booked me a tuc tuc. They also helped with my luggage, a much appreciated gesture. The intense drilling was disturbing & meant I needed to get out asap as it was quiet deafening. The kindness of the staff helped offset the noise problem.

Väldigt bra hotell men gillade inte området

Det var inget fel på hotellet förutom att det inte fanns något duschdraperi i badrummet så hela golvet blev blött och det rann inte undan. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, mysig utegård med pool. Det finns restauranger i området men inte de lokala matställena som vi var ute efter utan mer västerländsk, typ Burger King, KFC, restauranger med västerländsk mat osv.

Great for a short trip

This hotel was great for a one night stay however the construction noise next door was uncomfortable and didn't allow us to sleep in. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks but we didn't use it. Service was great and the area is walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops.

Small Botique hotel with low standard

+ friendly staff + small hotel - old fashined rooms - bad facility conditions (tv doesn't work for example) - very small breakfast ( you can only choose one of several dishes) - extrem noisy because of site in the neighbourhood
