The king bed was too hard for my back, not comfortable at all. Construction right outside my room was too loud! Could not get a good night sleep. The staff are very nice and kind. Cleaning staff are great, quick and friendly. Breakfast area is terrible, it’s too small and no variety of food. The room was nice and spacious and had washing machine but no drying machine and no balcony so no point to wash clothes. Location was good, walking distance to bars, restaurants and river front.

The hotel was solid but the internet was TERRIBLE, like it literally was not working. I told this to the staff multiple times, but their promises they will get it checked did not improve anything. For me not having internet is like not having power in the room, it's just unacceptable, but that was the state of the room for five days.. Luckily it only costs 3$ to have your phone internet as a hotspot with a local sim, which is why I didn't put up a fight about it. There was also construction right outside my room.. be mindful of that. It's a shame because it's an otherwise great hotel and the staff was really nice. Room looks very good, has everything you need, including a washing machine. Location was good for me personally, and you could just tuk tuk anywhere anyway.

Phone number on Hotels.com incorrect (fix it). Hotel did not answer message sent on Facebook, and after Hotels.com called on my behalf, hotel attempted to contact me through Expedia: 'We sent you a message - but, no, you didn't. Result: botched airport pickup, and indifference from receptionist upon arrival. Likewise, manager seemed more interested in asserting she/they had done nothing wrong than customer care. Decent room, but horribly stinky fridge. Cleaner threw away my toothbrush case. Nice breakfast staff, but otherwise others seem to lack morale Very central location was a benefit. Good laundry machine in room.

Located nearby a lot of stores and restaurants. Walking distance to Central Market and a mall. The staff was great. The manager noticed I booked for a suite and when didn’t have one ready, she refunded me immediately without me even asking. I’d recommend anyone to stay here.

I’ve been to this hotel twice and I still think it’s a nice hotel for the price but in the next year the hotel will not be desirable anymore for reasons describe below. So here are some of the problems that you should be aware of! 1st the location is very busy and can be difficult just to enter and exit the building or get dropped off by a taxi because signage is right in the middle of the walkway. 2nd problem is the breakfast is simple terrible for choices if your a westerner it’s pretty much exclusively Chinese food with the exception of some small pieces of pineapple. Coffee was not drinkable. 3rd and most important issue is that there is a new building being constructed adjacent to the hotel, Currently construction starts at 7:30 AM and it’s very loud, woke me up every morning and eventually the new building will block all the views and sunshine on the one side of the building towards the river which is going to make it very undesirable, so for this reason alone I will not recommend it

Nice place in a busy city!

We had a great stay at City Comfort. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable (not super hard and feather pillows!). Very clean too. Would stay here again.

Amazing Hotel

The hotel itself is brand new, I have lived in similar price range hotels before, but City Comfort hotel beats them all! The design, decorations and all the facilities are so good, it actually deserves 4+ stars. Most importantly, all the rooms have a washing machine! Definitely come back for the next trip.
