I was supposed to stay there for 3 nights but left after the first night because there was just way too much construction and renovation going on. The pool was closed, noise and construction equipment every where, the gym is atrocious. But its close to the airport and I think not a bad place once it is up and running again. I had a higher end room which itself was decent. Breakfast was included and was very mediocre

Do not stay here. I ended up leaving this hotel at 1:30 am and going to another hotel so that I could sleep. So many things are wrong here. What finally drove me out in the middle of the night. There was something terribly wrong with the air quality in the room, I don’t know what it was. It smelled like smoke—not cigarette smoke, but some kind of weird chemical/factory smoke. Which was weird because the air outdoors was fine. The smoke burned my throat and made my heart race. I even put a wet washcloth over my face to see if that helped but it didn’t. So I booked another hotel and left so I could sleep. (I fell asleep promptly at the new hotel.). But the air quality problem was only one in a string of major problems here. Something feels deeply wrong about this place. Stay away.

The staff seemed helpful and friendly enough, the room spacious, the AC good and the breakfasts spectacular but for a newer hotel that was very “China oriented“ there were a few disappointments: - we were initially given a smoking room (we booked non-smoking) - there was no fridge (advertised) - the power went out at least twice - the pool was unavailable 2 days - the Wifi didn’t work - our eventual “non-smoking room” still smelled of smoke, had an ashtray and a 6 cm cigarette burn on the main dresser and there was at least one gentleman smoking in the front lobby on Friday night I think smoking is not environmentally friendly! Maybe the worst was when the driver taking us to the airport blew his nose, then rolled down his window and dropped the tissue paper onto the road. I so not think that is environmentally friendly.
