Mid-century modern house; 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath with updated kitchen. Living room has 8 windows that overlook Elk Lake. Close to downtown Phillips and Elk Lake Park (kids’ splash pad, playground, paved walking trail); access by boat, car, walking/biking. Walking distance from restaurant (Harbor View) on Long Lake. Private dock for your boat. Great for snowmobiling, fishing, water sports, floating, or just relaxing by the lake!
