"Total Valentines disappointment on the room provided as the room reserved does not match and the front desk staff genuinely do not care about customer satisfaction. We were told that we would be moved to a higher floor at about 230p when we arrived. And at 415 check in there is nothing available. It is very distasteful to have the staff walk to the back and management allow them to answer the phone in the back office as different employees to tell me that there was nothing they could do. Pretty much that my money has been taken and I have to contact a third party to express my concerns about the resort I’m visiting. "

We were left standing on a street corner for quite some time wondering if anyone was coming to check us in after our airport shuttle did not materialize. Basics such as soap was minimal. Would not go back. "
