"The front desk staff was nice, but the hotel was a disaster. The elevator was broken for our entire stay, which was 6 days, and it had been broken a while according to the front desk. The air conditioner didn't work in the first 3 rooms we were assigned. We didn't get the larger suite we paid for because no air conditioners were working, but no refund was given either. The hotel is old and very dated and the pictures on here are not accurate. I would not stay here again and I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. "

"I needed this hotel location for convenient access to my purpose for travel, visiting relatives nearby. The kitchenette was nice, but I went to Walmart and bought a cheap coffee maker and K-pods for $24, then took it to my kids' house when I checked out. Only problem I encountered, besides the disrupted highway access due to road construction was that hot water was rather unreliable. The room's climate control was good quality, and the room was comfortable overall."

"The room had been updated, it was larger than we expected, so that was a nice surprise. It was very clean, the staff was great at meeting our needs, cleaning the room. Our only disappointment was our room was 10’ from the pool, which became noisy. Also we were given an adjoining room, which we did not request and their dog and several around us were barking quite frequently…our only complaint is the acoustics were a little thin… "

"I got a suite with two queen beds , a sofa sleeper, and 2 TVs for my teenage sons and I. To say we had such a fantastic time together is an understatement. They even went to test out the pool , and the front desk staff came outside to joke with us and made it that much more memorable. I wish I could remember his name off the top of my head because he was absolutely wonderful to my kids and I. We live about 25 mins away from this hotel and have a big yearly tradition of having family bonding sleepover and junk food and movie party. This Hilton is definitely going to be our go to for this. Thank You all so much for the warm and welcoming atmosphere you provided, especially the man at the front desk. You really made us feel at home when you joked around with us about them jumping into the pool. "
