The A/C was broken and the room was too hot, the room temperature never went below 79 degrees even with the windows open. The TV remote was missing, had to go to the desk twice about it before we got a replacement that did not work.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-City Avenue
The bathroom had mildew in several places. There was no coffee in my room. The tables in the lobby were sticky and gross. We were not informed about breakfast availability and times. Parking should be included in the price of a room.

This is a residential building that seems to offer vacant apartments as a hotel. With that comes residential behavior. Some floors smelled like cigarette smoke, some like marijuana.
