Home2 Suites by Hilton Philadelphia - Convention Center, PA
Room was never cleaned or towels refreshed. They ran out of blankets and pillows and we froze. We had to call the desk 6 times to get a hold of someone for more towels. 45 minutes later, they were never brought. Called again and they said they had shift change and they forgot. Just a horrible experience ...

Hotel is located in a great spot. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the heating system in the room was very loud. Each time it kicked on the motor made a loud winding up noise.
