The thermostat is preset and locked at 70°F to maintain a consistent and comfortable environment. If you require a different temperature during your stay, please contact us before check-in to see if accommodations can be made.

Consumables:
An initial supply of essentials (toiletries, basic items) is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing consumables as needed during their stay.

Location Insight:
The unit is located in a vibrant, developing neighborhood in North Philadelphia, near Temple University. This is an apartment within a multi-unit complex. While we work hard to ensure a peaceful and safe stay, we recommend guests research the area prior to booking to ensure it aligns with their expectations. Street parking only is available.

Guest Identification:
In accordance with our policy, we kindly require valid identification from all guests making a reservation.

Check-In Details:
You’ll receive a personalized smart lock code prior to arrival, allowing for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience.

Parking:
Please note that only street parking is available.

Pet Policy:
If you plan to bring a pet, a fee of $125 per pet applies. A second pet will incur an additional $125 fee. We request a photo and vet records for each pet.

Dogs are allowed for long-term stays.

Cats are welcome for stays shorter than 3 months.

Linens:
We provide extra linens only upon request made before arrival. Sofa beds and air mattresses will only include linens if booked for appropriate occupancy ahead of time.

Security and Monitoring:

An outdoor security camera with motion detection is installed for safety.

A noise detection device monitors volume levels inside the unit (decibel levels only; no audio recording).

Please note: The living room is the only area equipped with a TV.

The couch may have been recently replaced due to damage; if important, please confirm the current setup prior to booking.
