I made the reservation for my daughter and she arrived after 9 pm, tired from a long trip. The hotel was so bad that she opted to drive two more hours to her next destination, than stay at that hotel. That said, the staff was lovely and helpful when she left a backpack there and had to drive back to get it.

Room was very clean, bottom of mattress had no signs of creepy crawlies. The bed was extremely comfortable. In fact, it was so comfortable I accidentally slept in and missed their breakfast. It was quiet too, I never heard anyone else making noise. The man at the front desk was nice.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sleep Inn hotel in Philadelphia,PA the room was ideal and clean and it was in a nice part of the city. If I were to visit Philadelphia, PA in the future I would choose the Sleep Inn hotel again.

All the staff was great. Walls, carpet, sheets in disrepair. No coffee the first day at breakfast. Location was very central and good for on foot exploring. Would only stay again if they fixed and freshened the property.

Great location in Chinatown. Overall very nice experience. Staff was quick to solve any inconveniences and was very helpful in offering dining and activity advice. Didn't like having to pay $35/night to park at the property. Carpet in room needs a good steam cleaning too.

The basement room was large but basic, very dusty, cobwebs in the corners, obvious signs of non-use and not terminally cleaned before my arrival. Pest trap in bathroom. The wall AC unit didn’t work, putting out room temp air even on coolest setting. Parking was easy and close to hotel entry, $35 cash. Night staff were great.

We were given a room that did not lock and were not offered a room we were told that is what they had bc he gave the room I booked online away. the rooms are clean & nice, the lobby is a mess and you have to wait for someone to buzz you in at the door. The parking cost is atrocious ($35) for a low security alleyway parking.

Breakfast in the mornings was wonderful. But the parking situation at this property is horrendous. When I checked in I was told I could park on the street so I did! The clerk failed to tell me that is PAID parking. The next day I had TWO violations which I now have to pay. The lot next door is city parking and the price is quite steep: they should work out a deal for hotel guests. Also, if you’re only going to clean the room every three days supply extra towels.!!! We asked for some but never got them. That was disappointing. Other than that the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is divine!!

The buffet breakfast is very basic, but it's good enough to start a day to do whatever needs to be done out. The hotel is very close to the convention center. There are many Asian restaurants within a minute walk. The parking for $35 daily was convenient.

Staff were very mindful about who was checking in. Room was ok, but there were issues with paint peeling in the bathroom and a stain which was a bit concerning on the side chair. Needs some tlc. Location was good being located near China Town, Reading Market, and Jefferson Station. Pretty central to most things. Not a room with a view, but served the purpose.
