This one bedroom is the perfect place for a visit to Philadelphia. Just steps away from the bustling 2nd Street with an array of restaurants, bars, and popular shops. Quick easy access to Girard Subway Station and buses that can take you to parts of Philadelphia. Don't forget to check if your favorite music artist is playing at The Fillmore located a quick walk away.

The space
Our guests will have the comforts of a large guest bedroom featuring a private entrance to and from the street and private ensuite bathroom. There are no shared spaces - guests will enjoy the freedom of having an entire room without encountering others.

The hosts will be conveniently next door in case of any questions.

Perfect stay for one night in Philly when my boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding. Room and bathroom were very clean and had everything we needed. Water brita in the fridge was a huge plus. Felt very private. Would stay again!

We were only in Philly for one night and this place was perfect. It was very clean, nicely decorated and great location. The hosts were great at responding to any questions we had prior and while there. We will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Perfect for the Fillmore

My wife and I loved everything about this comfortable little nook that was perfectly situated for stumbling back to after attending a performance at the Fillmore. It was exactly as advertised, warm and welcoming with unexpected amenities that really made us feel at home for the night. We fully intend to stay here again!

Great location, ample space! I really enjoyed the cold water in the filter they put in the fridge. I thought the bathroom floor could have been cleaner, but overall excellent place. The location is amazing!!

The stay was wonderful room was exactly as expected, had zero issues and it was perfect for being able to easily get to a show at The Foundry/Fillamore! Also the walk to the Liberty Bell and Liberty house wasn’t too bad either if you are an able walker.

Located within walking distance of several conveniences. Quiet for being in a big city. Ubers got us around well. Parking was a bit of a challenge but found a spot not too far away with free parking and was able to leave it there for the entire stay. Good host.

Great clean comfortable stay! Parking was a little hard to find but I was able to find a spot about a 6 minute walk away. Thermostat was in another room and controlled by property manager just fyi but they were very responsive.

Short and Sweet Stay

Although it may be little small for some people, this one room place was among the cleanest and best kept we've seen on Vrbo. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the parking was surprisingly convenient. It's the perfect location to set up a home base during a short stay in the city, with a lot of great things to do and all in walking distance. Grateful to have had the chance to drop in!

Perfect Getaway

This place is in the perfect location! Walking distance to concert venues. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. Parking as always was a little bit of fun, but with there are a variety of parking lots/garages in very close proximity.
