"We were given the excuse that management had just changed over. Had to go to the front desk several times, which was never attended. I had called from the room but nobody answered. Even after ringing the bell, took quite a while for someone to show up. One visit to the desk was because we ran out of tp and were only there 1 night. There was no extra roll in the room. "Spotless room. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok. Heater didn't work in room 507. I had heat set to 90 and didn't kick on 1 time. Water pressure and temp of shower was great. Very quiet. We got stranded in a snow storm and we needed a place last minute for us and our 2 children. Quick check in. I recommend this place."
