Great place close to Center City.

We had a very good experience. Great location with lots of restaurants and historical landmarks within walking distance. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable. The only issue we had with the unit itself is that the futon couches did not make for comfortable sleeping, and noise from the street was at times quite loud. Just bring ear plugs. Host company was very responsive.

The building was nice. The apartment overall was good. The living space was small, the futon sat two people. The dryer did not work and there was mold on the shower. Parking was a pain but I think that is true with all places in the city. The staff was nice Communication was good. The area was good walkable.

Apartment was not clean, trash and debris in the sofa bed, bathroom cabinets, kitchen oven was dirty, beds were uncomfortable and old, apartment smelled as though it had not been opened in months, per hair on the comforters

The property was okay. There were some quality of life items missing like shampoo and chopping board. There was only enough toilet paper for 2 nights. There was trash left in one of the bins. However, all of these are okay and you can buy items from the local supermarkets if needed. The main issue was that the dryer was broken, it would shut off in 5 minutes. We had been travelling for a while and picked this place for the in house laundry. We arrived on Saturday and it was only fixed Monday evening. Amenities should be checked beforehand if it they are part of the property listing. The agent stopped replying to my messages when I asked about fixing the dryer. It was fixed halfway through our trip, but silently without any communication while we were out.

The property was nice, fairly clean and the customer service for Pelican was exceptional. This looks like an older building that has been renovated to look pretty nice. The area around the property looked sketchy but I did not feel unsafe since there was a lot going on and people were mostly always around. It's just very inner city vibes that's all. There was a leak in the apartment from the air conditioning so I placed a jar to catch the water but obviously this has caused a permanent mildew smell in the apartment that is very prominent when you first walk in. I guess they'll get to it soon. I also had to find and fold towels since they were in the dryer but that wasn't an issue since I knew they had been cleaned. Walls are very thin so you will hear outside noise but that's to be expected in some older apartments. Overall it was close to everything we had planned and a great spot for the 2 days but parking is expensive. Best to Uber/Lyft.

I would absolutely stay here again if we had plans to return to Philly. This was the perfect place for our family of 5 a small dog. Perfect location and quiet, clean apartment. We parked our car at a lot just around the corner at an additional cost, but was convenient & easy. Furniture wasn't super comfy, but it was clean and had everything we needed and more. Outstanding location.

The apartment and building itself was great. Dealing with the company, on the other hand, was horrendous. They overcharged me and came back with several different fees they said were added to it. Even after that, their math was still wrong. I was on the phone for nearly an hour trying to get them to fix it. They also charge a 3.5% credit card fee that is listed only in fine print somewhere on the receipt in addition to the cleaning fee and resort fee that I didn’t see until after booking.

pagare 115 dollari per supplemento pulizia e trovare l'appartamento in quelle condizioni è uno scandalo. Le asciugamani e le lenzuola erano impresentabili : sporche e piene di peli. Abbiamo dovuto lavare tutto con difficoltà perchè asciugatrice non funzionava in maniera corretta. la moquette di una stanza presentava delle criticità ricoperte da un tappeto aria condizionata quando siamo entrati in appartamento non funzionava ed è stata sistemata solo in serata . peccato perchè appartamento è comodo ed in posizione centrale assente di gestione una vergogna chiedo la restituzione dei 115 dollari pagati per un servizio inesistente

We rented this in the summer and the air conditioning was a bit inconsistent between the bedrooms and the common quarters. However, overall it suited us (2 families) well and was in a decent location to get to a lot of good restaurants and attractions.
