It's a wonderful property for traveling business partners who want space, family getaways, and intimate group gatherings.

THE SPACE
The original building dates back to the 1800s, and is decorated to remind guests of its legacy as a shoe polish factory. Now beautifully renovated, you'll feel as though you are staying in a resort getaway. A great mix of classic and modern, with exposed brick walls, beautiful hardwood floors throughout, tall ceilings and modern upgrades (gas fireplace for the cold winter nights!). "The Factory" encompasses two units each with a beautifully appointed furnishings throughout. In Law Suite: located on the ground floor is a 1bed/1bath with a queen bed and full sized pull-out sofa. The living room also has a wall mounted TV. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Main property: entry is located on the 2nd floor and is a 2bed/2.5bath. You'll find a large entertaining space including an open kitchen, dining and living space. This unit has 2x bedrooms, each with queen beds, and an ensuite bath and a hall bath. (***Note, there are no TVs in the upstairs unit)

Located in downtown Philadelphia (Old City). A short walk to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/Uber is literally just outside your front door. This place will delight.

If you do not send us an inquiry prior to booking as described above, we have the right to request cancellation due to us being uncomfortable with the reservation under VRBO's Instant Book Policy
