This was a very nice property. Overall, it had all the normal amenities. The rooms were decent size and the beds in the 2 guest rooms were comfy. The primary bed mattress was very hard and the bed squeaked every time someone moved. Overall it was a good property and a great location.

The property was really great and the interior space and rooms were really well setup. The house was clean, well equipped and above all, in an excellent location conveniently located close to most areas and walking distance from many landmarks. Street parking can be a challenge as it's expected downtown but we were still able to find a spot after a few rounds and in fact, we mostly walked during many of our visits. Jon and Gabe were excellent to deal with and made check-in and checkout a very smooth experience. They also kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure that everything was to our liking. Overall, me and my family highly recommend the property and we will certainly come back if we visit Philly. Thanks again Jon and Gabe.

This property was an absolutely amazing find for our trip. It’s very well located, super cute neighborhood with good food! The Eastern State Penitentiary museum is right around the corner and very interesting. Having a full kitchen, laundry and heating and air is amazing. Everything was perfect and if we would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in town. The hosts, John and Gabe, are extremely friendly and helpful! Super easy to communicate with too. Highly recommend coming to stay here!
