This stunning, beautifully furnished, newly renovated 2/2 unit sits in one of the most desirable districts of Philadelphia. The charming area of Old City! Unit comes with three queen sized beds as well as two aero-beds and comfortably sleeps 8 people! It also comes with every amenity needed for your short or long term stay. Just bring your toothbrush!

PETS:

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count on Airbnb. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.



Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed by Airbnb.



QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.



OTHER HOUSE RULES:

❌ No more than 8 guests are allowed in the home at any time

❌ No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction

❌ No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit

❌ No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit

🔇 No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home

🚫 Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay

Apartment was clean and well maintained. Right in Old Town, walking distance to so many places. Host were quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely be recommending them to friends visiting the area, and will use them again if we go back.
