The apartment was clean and in a safe area. It was easy to get to. I feel the description could have been a little more specific. My biggest complaint was communication. It took 2 months to get a response from multiple emails. I called multiple times and asked for a call back. I never got a callback. I had to wait on hold to actually talk to someone.
