Surrounding area was safe, shopping and food was convenient and close, hotel was clean, room was clean, nice, staff was accommodating, professional. Hot breakfast every morning was tasty and multiple choices. Breakfast was important to us. My only problem was that the TV channels were not as advertised on their channel line up, but we didn't watch much tv anyway. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and will stay again when the need arises.

It was a nice hotel I had a room in the first floor and I had a entrance door next to my room and every time people came in or out the door slam was loud and it bothered to sleep. Didn’t like the shower at all. It was like an open shower concept and didn’t like that the hall bathroom floor gets wet.

I stayed in room 102, the last room on the first floor near the pool exit. The room was clean, with some standard “wear and tear” in the bathroom. There was a constant door slam from the early morning hours through 11pm that was very unnerving; not sure if it was a nearby room or the exit door. It made me jump every time. I could also hear the shower of the room above, in which the occupant took late at night for quite awhile. The eggs served at breakfast had a weird consistency, and I was disappointed my first day when there was no fruit offered. There are plenty of good food options nearby.

Room is clean and big. The bathroom big, but no exhaust fan, the faucet of vanity is too tight to turn round, the water flow is slow.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. Everything was great just as all the others times except for the loud rattling coming form the HVAC unit in room 415 or 417 which was nonstop. It was the second room down from the elevator hallway.
