The laundry facility was unavailable due to remodeling. We had to take our dirty clothes to our daughters apt to wash them which was very inconvenient. The staff were pleasant. The room was clean. The breakfast was good.

There were homeless people hanging out around the hotel when I looked out my window. That’s all I saw homeless people sleeping on the street inside. The hotel is very nice and everybody was pleasant.

I am giving this a poor rating because our room was suppose to be ready by 4 and we did not get into a room until 430. We had a wedding to be at for 5 and this made us late for the wedding. This is unacceptable and I would not stay at this hotel again. The manager however paid for us to have an uber dirver to get to the wedding which was nice and appreciated.

Valet parking is tricky because there is a limited place to put vehicles while leaving for the valet. Check-in process was extremely slow, but staff were happy to keep our baggage prior to the room being ready and after check out. The room was comfortable and the beds were comfortable.

Overall good. Carpet was sticky and dirty. If you walk with bare foot, you see black stains on the feet. Other than that, no complains.

What I liked about the hotel, it was quiet. Being a light sleeper, it's very important to me. Unfortunately our bathroom wasn't clean. There was hair in the bathtub, sink was dirty, water was dripping and we even found clothes in the bathroom that wasn't ours. Very sad and unacceptable. Also, the cold coffee in the thermos was very disappointing. We requested cleaning service. The lady didn't replace the dirty towels, the shampoo bottle was empty. They obviously don't pay attention to details.

First off they didnt give me the room i had booked. Tried to play expedia, expedia blamed the hotel, but at least expedia offered me some compensation regardless. The hotel didnt offer me anything. Also the shower in the room constantly leaked. Was tough to sleep.

The place has 3 elevators, 1 did not work all 6 days. Then the other 2 worked intermittently causing people to walk up the stairs. The free breakfast was very good. Staff nice and friendly.

We enjoyed the staff. The first day only 1 of 3 elevators worked. There was a convention and the hotel was very crowded. It took FOREVER to catch the only elevator, or you went down a floor via stairs to go up to our 4th floor! Very aggravating for us. The next day there were 2 elevators working. It made a huge difference, but the 3rd elevator was still not working...Even the hotel staff were frustrated.
