I stayed for a youth football tournament. There were stains on our beddings, bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, housekeeping didn’t come to our room and we were there for an entire weekend.

Smelled like cigarettes each night I stayed, bathroom door doesn't close, bathroom wasn't cleaned all the way, and noisy couple of nights. All in all, those were the only things I could complain about. Was decent

I stayed at four point hotel maybe two years ago the place was great no problem and the staff was great. Now this year things were not the same. My stay this time the first room had a leak over the heater and then the second room the television did not work.So my visit to Philadelphia was very good.

Property was decent but the room had some issues. the curtain rod was loose so we couldn't move the curtain end to end, there were rust stains in the bathtub, the toilet tissue holder was also sideways, the toilet seat was loose.

Apparently when we checked out, the hotel charged our credit card extra $74.83 without permission or right.

Front desk service was great. The room was dirty, the bathroom has hairs on the tile, sink
Has some weird residue on the surface. The whole floor smell like marihuana even when we ask for no smoking room. I have two small girls and that wasn’t ideal.
