The front desk staff were friendly. The area near the elevator had trash leading up to the hallway. The carpet was dirty and the desk chair had body fluids and horrible stains. I had to wipe down everything in my room with a Clorox wipe. At night you can hear a dog barking and people yelling. On the fourth floor where I had a my reservation room.

I made a reservation at this loation. When I got there that evening to check in, the gentleman at the desk was friendly. I went to my room...the bathtub is in terrible condition. All of the furniture is outdated and battered. The stove range was filthy. There was a layer of dusk on the bedside lamps. The door to the room looked like someone was trying to break in.

Could not stay

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. I appreciate that the staff gave a refund after I checked in and saw the room and quickly choose to leave. Upkeep is a dumpster fire and place is just gross, would rather sleep in my rental car.

Nice staff but in desperate need of repair

It’s important to know that the people working here were lovely… And proximity to the airport is very good and the housekeeping department was more than adequate in that as much as it could be the room was quite clean. That being said this place needs an angel. It was absolutely beyond shabby. Torn headboard, no mattress, cover, dented and marked up refrigerator in the room. The whole thing was in desperate need of repair. It definitely seemed like some sort of transient housing property.

We were on a rushed 2 day trip and wanted something close to the Philly airport. I thought Extended Stay would be a good choice. This particular location looked a little worn but our room was pitiful. The clock didn’t work and the front desk said it would have to wait until maintenance came in the next day. We went for dinner and came back to find only one 1 of the 3 lamps worked. The faucet in the tub was rusted and dripping and the vents were crusted with dirt. Thankfully I had Clorox wipes to clean off the heating unit and TV remote. If we weren’t leaving at 3 am I would have requested a different room.

Very unassuming property. Linens were clean. Floor was clean and not carpet. Insecticides were dabbed around baseboards and counters. Handles were missing on cabinets. Tub faucet wouldn't turn off. Drape was broken on an end. Lamp on one side of bed did not work.

Are you ready? This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to! The hallways are funky. The stairwells smell horrendous because they have community trash cans in them on each floor. I had two rooms and both were absolutely DISGUSTING. The hot water doesn’t work in any of the sinks. Only the hot water in my second room’s bathroom worked but I had to run it for 15 minutes for it to get warm. The bathrooms are trifling (the tub was decent). The bed was decent. All the furniture is either damaged, stained or broken. I’m such a simple person, I’m not boujee at all, so for me to say these things IT’S THE HONEST TRUTH! Now onto the good… The staff was decent. They tried to accommodate me as best as they could. There were a few dead bugs in each room BUT there weren’t any active bugs running around. I didn’t experience any bed bugs. It’s close to the airport and a Wawa. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. I hate writing bad reviews but it has to be done. I have to protect other travelers and guest.

The room was clean however the furniture was very old, some extremely worn out or even damaged. Tye entrance smelled heavy weed. I even took a photo of the broken drawer so that I was not charged for it. It was very worn out as well as other pieces of furniture. There was a kitchenette but there were no utensils or dishes which is usually a standard in most extended stays that I have stayed. To be fair, I am sure once upon a time they might have had some kitchen items and they might have been stolen or damaged based on my observations. The area was safe very close to Philly airport. Parking is paid ($12.50 per day) but it was clearly stated in the description so I was aware of it and I find it reasonable due to being close to the airport. The A/C runs constantly even if the set temperature is achieved so we had to turn it off from the plug. The noise was unbearable such that we risked being cold but we could not sleep because the bed is very close to the unit and the room is considerably smaller than usual extended stay rooms elsewhere. The bottom line is ‘you get what you pay for’. This was one of our cheapest stays, literally and figuratively.

This place should not be on any site. The room was in a deplorable state with grime on the walls and literally bugs on the ceiling and walls. The staff was unhelpful to put it mildly. I walked in saw the state of the room took pictures and video and walked out they refused to refund or cancel my reservation. Stay anywhere but here - sleep in your car it would be more sanitary

Hotel front desk wouldn’t pick up calls. We checked out early from our reservation so we wouldn’t get charged another night but the front desk never closed out our reservation. Because of this, we never got refunded by Expedia for our second night.

This definitely is not a 3-star hotel. Room is not clean (and smells smoked) and does not have essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, etc). Front desk check-in is not flexible and hard to follow. No airport shuttle service.
