This newly renovated building boasts a unique 1960's mod library theme. The 2 King Bedroom unit is equipped with expansive windows revealing beautiful views of Philadelphia, a Smart TV, and fully stocked kitchen.

You will reside at the heart of the new cultural center of Philadelphia, best of arts and universities, award winning restaurants, The Met Theatre, and exciting nightlife laid at your feet. The top it off you will also be steps from center city. :)
Getting Around:
The broad street line which connects north and south Philly is steps away. You can also catch a lot of bus routes from this location. The best part is you can get around just walking.

Such a great space! Beautiful inside and so clean - which is always the most important to me when choosing a place to stay. Easiest check out process I’ve ever had with a Vrbo. Safe neighborhood and building (love that you need a code or key fob to enter), easy parking all around. Just 15-20 minutes away from walking to so much! Hosts are quick to respond to any needs while there. I would 100% stay here again when returning to Philly in the future. Highly recommend visiting the Franklin Institure while in the city!

Really clean and in perfect working order. A bit tricky to get into for the first time (call buttons, key pads, etc) but easy after that. The main door is not on a main street so i had to wlak around a buut to find it initially. easily walkable to the Met which was our main reason for staying.

This apartment was very clean and had everything we needed! If you are going to a show at the met, it’s a five minute walk! It is just down the street! Perfect location to stay when you’re seeing a show! Also, there is plenty of off street parking. Bonus that there is an Aldi’s right next door! So very convenient! I would definitely recommend! 10/10!
