The Space:

Welcome to your Chic 3BR Near Liberty Bell, where high-end design meets the practical needs of modern travelers. This residence is specifically set up to host groups of up to eight, offering a perfect balance of private sleeping quarters and open social areas in the heart of Philly.

The main social hub features an open-concept design flooded with natural light. Outfitted with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV, it’s the ideal spot to gather with your group after a day of sightseeing. The layout is perfect for sharing a morning coffee or relaxing together in the evening.



Bedroom 1

This large room is great for families or friends sharing a space, featuring two comfortable full-size beds. It includes its own TV, a large window with city views, and plenty of closet space to keep your belongings organized during your stay.



Bedroom 2

A quiet and private room centered around a soft queen-sized bed. With simple, modern decor and a peaceful atmosphere, it provides a restful environment for couples or solo travelers.



Bedroom 3

Our third sleeping area also offers a cozy queen bed. It is a bright and airy space, tucked away from the main living area to ensure a quiet night for those who need a little extra privacy.



Kitchen

A fully equipped culinary space featuring modern stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We provide all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to whip up a quick breakfast or a full dinner for the whole group.



Bathrooms

The apartment includes updated, clean bathrooms with full tub-and-shower combinations. With fresh towels and modern fixtures, these spaces offer a bright and functional area to get ready for your day or unwind at night.

Guest Verification Requirement

To comply with legal regulations and property security guidelines, guests may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, complete our verification portal, and, in certain cases, undergo a criminal background check.

All guests are required to review and agree to a rental usage agreement, which governs the terms of your stay. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You accept and will adhere to our rental terms and conditions.

• You will provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

• You may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management or owner.

• Check-in instructions will be provided only after successful completion of our verification portal.



Guests must complete all verification steps within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, all information must be submitted within 1 hour. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet verification requirements.



Pets

Pets are welcome depending on size, but please notify us in advance. Being upfront helps avoid cancellations. Additional cleaning fees per pet apply:

Pet Cleaning Fees (per pet):

• 1–4 nights: $35/day

• 5–29 nights: $250

• 30+ nights: $400



Parking Information

Street parking options vary and may include:

• Metered parking – Paid during certain hours, often free evenings and Sundays.

• Permit parking – Residential permits required; signs indicate zones and restrictions.

• Free street parking – Limited availability and can fill quickly, especially in Northern Liberties.
