IMPORTANT NOTE: Events and gatherings are not allowed and will be canceled. All visitors must be on the reservation no matter if they're spending the night at the property. Noise must be kept at reasonable levels at all times. Please do not book if you need a place for a party or a gathering.

Our cleaning crew follows a detailed Covid-19 cleaning protocol as recommended by CDC. Please check the property images for additional details.

Parking:
There is plenty of street meter parking available around the house and there are also parking lots. The rules may vary so please pay attention to the signs!

Drugs/smoking on-premises is STRICTLY prohibited.
Only the number of guests on the reservation may enter the apartment. You will be asked to leave immediately and subject to a $300 fee if violated.
Noise levels are to be kept low after 10 PM. No more 3 guests allowed.

1. No Illegal Activities: Engaging in any illegal activities within the premises is strictly forbidden.
2. No Partying or Smoking: Partying and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.
3. Financial Responsibility for Damages: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages inflicted upon the property or for any items that are damaged or missing.
4. Damage Reporting: Accidents happen. Should any damages occur, we request that you inform us immediately.
5. No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the property.
6. Guest Restrictions: Access to the unit is limited to authorized guests only, unless prior approval is obtained.
7. Security Cameras and Noise Monitoring: To ensure guest safety, we've installed security cameras in public areas like hallways and added a noise detector in the apartment.
8. Neighborhood Courtesy and Quiet Hours: Be considerate of your neighbors by refraining from making loud noises after 10:00 PM. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
9. Linen Care: We ask that you keep all bed sheets, linens, and towels clean. Any items found to be damaged, stained, or otherwise requiring replacement will be charged at retail price.
10. Energy Conservation: Please ensure all electronic devices such as the TV, lights, fans, AC/heating units, etc., are turned off upon checkout.
11. Checkout Policy: Guests must depart by their scheduled checkout time. Delays that impede our housekeeping staff may result in additional fees.

IF ANY RULES ARE BROKEN, YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO THE PLATFORM AND FINED $500, PLUS ADDITIONAL FEES IF NEEDED FOR CLEANING, UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS, ETC., AND AN ADDITIONAL $500 FINE IF SOMEONE HAS TO BE SENT TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE.++
