This charming house offers a singularly tranquil retreat where guests can unwind after a day of watching PGA golf. The cozy living areas invite you to relax, while the thoughtful touches throughout make it easy to settle in. Whether you’re enjoying coffee on one of the many creekside or pond overlook decks or benches, or having dinner on the water with a gathering with friends, this unique house provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Wildlife abounds on our property, where herons, owls, eagles, deer and foxes are drawn to the waters here. The evening hums with the calls of bullfrogs in our three ponds, where koi and other fish fill the water with color. The home is located 3 minutes driving (or 30 minutes walking) from Aronimink. We are 20 miles from Lincoln Financial Field, where the World Cup Games are being held in June. And we are an easy drive into Center City, Philadelphia for the 250th Anniversary celebrations in July. While our tranquil home is immersed in nature and privacy, we are within 5-10 minutes of three different grocery stores (Whole Foods, Giant and Acme) about 20 really good restaurants, and the major thoroughfares of Rt 476, Rt. 30 and Rt. 3.
