Absolutely no parties are allowed. A refundable $89 fee is held by VRBO for incidental insurance and refundable back to the guest if there are no extreme damage issues. No Parties. We get lots of requests from locals, this is not an Event space. Must be 25. This property is South Philly, it’s a diverse area, with street parking on a first come first serve
